About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair features a curved grey fabric shell and a black metal swivel base with a small checkered cushion. Defined by its organic, curved silhouette, this armchair offers a soft, enveloping form suitable for modern interiors. The primary seat shell is upholstered in a textured grey fabric that provides a tactile, matte finish. It is supported by a sleek, black powder-coated metal four-star swivel base, which provides structural stability while maintaining a lightweight profile. A small, rectangular accent cushion featuring a classic monochrome checkered pattern is included, providing a subtle contrast to the monochromatic upholstery of the main chair body. The overall proportions suggest a comfortable, ergonomic lounge seating solution.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single object with clear material assignments for the upholstery and the metal base. Users should verify the pivot point at the floor plane to ensure proper rotation if the swivel function is required for animation. The fabric textures are mapped to conform to the curved geometry, and the model is scaled for standard lounge seating heights, allowing for easy integration into interior scenes using standard snap and align tools.
