Contemporary Grey Fabric and Leather Modular Sofa with Integrated Side Table

This contemporary modular sofa for 3ds Max features a contrasting grey fabric seating section, a tufted leather chaise, and an integrated wood side table. This hybrid seating arrangement combines a two-seater fabric sofa with a button-tufted leather chaise longue, linked by a central open-shelf wooden side table. The fabric section features relaxed, loose cushions, providing a soft texture against the structured, low-profile leather element. A spherical table lamp sits atop the timber unit, which serves as both a structural connector and a functional surface. The entire composition rests on a low, minimalist base, emphasising horizontal lines and a balanced material palette. This piece functions as a cohesive lounge unit, ideal for open-plan living areas requiring integrated storage or surface space.

The download is a 45.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the fabric, leather, and timber components. Users should apply custom shaders to the fabric and leather surfaces to suit specific lighting conditions, ensuring proper UV mapping for the tufted leather details. The object is scaled for standard interior dimensions, allowing for straightforward placement within a scene. Adjust the intensity and temperature of the integrated lamp light source to achieve desired atmospheric effects when rendering the final composition with your preferred engine.
