About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model of a grey fabric upholstered wingback double bed features a distinct wraparound headboard design. This contemporary double bed features a prominent, high-profile wingback headboard upholstered in a dark grey fabric with visible vertical tufting. The enveloping design of the headboard provides a sense of enclosure and comfort. The bedding set included consists of a white duvet, two large dark grey square pillows, two white rectangular pillows, and one smaller central lumbar cushion. The proportions are balanced, with the soft, draped textiles of the bed linen contrasting against the structured, firm geometry of the upholstered headboard frame. It is a complete sleeping unit suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 36 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the base center for efficient placement against walls or within bedroom layouts. Materials are applied via standard material slots, allowing for easy adjustment of fabric textures or colour mapping. The geometry is optimized for high-quality architectural visualization, requiring standard lighting setups to highlight the depth of the fabric folds.

This bed is ideal for primary suites, luxury hotel guest rooms, and high-end residential projects where a focal point is required. It pairs well with minimalist bedside tables and ambient warm lighting to emphasize the texture of the grey fabric. Designers searching for bedroom furniture, upholstered headboards, or modern sleeping sets will find this asset versatile for various interior styles. Its neutral palette allows for seamless integration into monochromatic schemes or as a grounding element in more vibrant, contemporary bedroom designs.
