Contemporary Grey Fabric 3-Seater Sofa with Throw in White

This contemporary 3-seater sofa, modelled for 3ds Max, features grey fabric upholstery, slender metal legs, and a selection of decorative cushions. The sofa features a clean, linear silhouette defined by a deep seat and structured backrest, upholstered in a textured grey fabric. It stands on slender, dark-finished metal legs that provide a light, elevated aesthetic. The design includes a set of mix-and-match scatter cushions in contrasting white and charcoal tones, adding depth to the neutral base. A textured throw is draped casually over one end, enhancing the relaxed yet refined appearance. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for various interior schemes requiring a versatile, comfortable seating solution for a living area.

The download is a 19.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single asset with distinct material IDs for the upholstery, cushions, and frame. Users can adjust the texture mapping on the fabric to suit specific scales or lighting conditions. The cushions and throw are separate elements, allowing for easy repositioning or removal if a cleaner look is required. For optimal results, ensure the pivot point is aligned to the floor plane when merging into larger scene files and apply appropriate subdivision modifiers if necessary.

This sofa is ideal for residential living rooms, modern apartments, or high-end hotel lobby seating areas. Its neutral colour palette and contemporary form pair well with minimalist coffee tables, area rugs, and floor lamps. Professionals searching for 'modern three-seater sofa', 'grey upholstered lounge furniture', or 'living room seating set' will find this model a useful addition to their library. It serves as a reliable asset for interior design visualisations, architectural renderings, and staging projects that require a comfortable, realistic focal point.
