The download is a 758 KB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into your project, use the component import function to place the sofa directly into your scene. The geometry is grouped for straightforward manipulation, allowing you to easily adjust the scale or apply custom material textures to the fabric and metal components. Ensure your model is aligned with your floor plane, and consider using a soft area light or HDRI setup to accurately capture the subtle material differences between the light cushions and the darker frame during rendering.

Ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern office breakout spaces, this sofa provides a sophisticated focal point for social or waiting zones. It pairs effectively with low-profile coffee tables or minimalist side tables, fitting seamlessly into contemporary or transitional design narratives. Professionals searching for neutral, high-quality seating assets will find this piece useful for both schematic design phases and final presentation renders, where a clean, approachable aesthetic is required to populate interior spaces without overwhelming the overall room composition.
