About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set for 3ds Max features a grey fabric finish, paired with a wood side table and black coffee table. This furniture arrangement comprises a low-profile 3-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, complemented by a set of scatter cushions and a draped throw. The seating is supported by a slender metal frame. Accompanying the sofa is a round, black-finished coffee table with light wood legs and a sculptural, natural-wood side table with a distinct hourglass silhouette. The entire assembly sits upon a large, textured grey area rug, backed by a vertical-slatted timber wall panel that serves as a feature backdrop for the composition.

The download is a 50.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured as a cohesive assembly, allowing for easy placement and scaling within a scene. Users should check the layer hierarchy to ensure the sofa, tables, and rug are grouped logically for efficient manipulation. Materials are applied to standard geometry, facilitating adjustments to textures or shaders to match specific lighting setups. The inclusion of the slatted wall panel provides an immediate background element, which can be easily resized or removed depending on individual project requirements.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations and high-end hospitality lobby designs, this set provides a balanced, ready-to-use furniture grouping. It works well in modern apartment renders, open-plan house layouts, or boutique hotel lounge areas. Professionals can use this asset to quickly populate interior scenes, pairing it with additional lighting fixtures or decorative accessories to complete the space.
