About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set for 3ds Max features a grey fabric finish and includes a pair of nested wooden coffee tables. This set comprises a structured 3-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, complemented by a pair of organic, teardrop-shaped nested coffee tables with light-toned wooden legs. The sofa exhibits clean, linear arms and back cushions, accented by a selection of scatter cushions in solid blue and houndstooth patterns. The tables feature a smooth, light-wood top finish that contrasts with the soft textile of the sofa. A textured, abstract-patterned area rug anchors the arrangement, providing a cohesive foundation for the furniture pieces and adding visual depth to the overall composition.

The download is a 40.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy selection and material assignment. Users should check the scale upon insertion to ensure it aligns with the project floor plan. The nested tables and sofa are grouped for quick placement, but can be ungrouped to adjust the coffee table arrangement. For optimal results, apply local environment lighting to highlight the fabric textures and wood grain, and ensure the rug is positioned slightly above the floor surface to avoid clipping.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this set fits well in modern living rooms, open-plan apartments, or casual lounge areas. It provides a balanced, ready-to-use arrangement for staging contemporary spaces.
