About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene for SketchUp features grey fabric upholstery, light wood legs, and a curated selection of living room accessories. This 3-seater sofa features a clean, contemporary profile with tufted back cushions and slim, tapered light wood legs. The upholstery is a neutral grey fabric, complemented by two bolster cushions at the armrests and scatter pillows. The complete scene includes a matching black-framed side table, a low-profile coffee table with a wood-grain top, a light blue rocking chair, a monochromatic striped rug, and a wall-mounted swing-arm lamp. A framed graphic print adds a pop of colour to the arrangement, creating a balanced, ready-to-use composition for interior visualisations and space planning.

The download is a 92.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised as a collection of components, allowing for easy selection and modification of individual elements. Users should check the layer or tag structure to manage visibility of the accessories separately from the primary sofa unit. The model relies on standard texture mapping; ensure that the material library is correctly linked to maintain the intended finish of the wood and metal components when applying custom lighting setups or rendering with external plugins.

Ideal for residential living room designs, model apartments, and hospitality lounge areas, this set provides a quick, cohesive solution for staging interiors. It works well in early concept development or final presentation renderings where a styled, lived-in aesthetic is required. Designers often search for "modern living room set" or "styled sofa arrangement" to accelerate the workflow. The neutral palette allows it to integrate seamlessly into various contemporary or minimalist design schemes, pairing effectively with both dark and light interior finishes.
