About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene, created in SketchUp, features a neutral grey fabric upholstery and elegant gold-toned metal accents. The primary element is a wide 3-seater sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, supported by tapered wooden legs. It is accompanied by a modern lounge chair with a curved backrest, a pair of circular nesting coffee tables with metallic frames, and a textured ottoman. The composition is set against a backdrop of vertical timber wall slats and concrete-effect panelling. Decorative elements including a potted plant, side table, and minimalist accessories complete the arrangement, offering a cohesive, balanced aesthetic suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel design projects.

The download is a 46 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp model by importing the entire group into your project file via the component browser. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the sofa from the accessory set if required. Apply custom textures or adjust the existing material scaling to match your specific project requirements. For high-quality visualisations, ensure your render engine is correctly configured to interpret the metallic properties of the table frames and the fabric bump maps for realistic lighting interaction.

This asset is ideal for interior designers and architects working on residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, or high-end apartment staging. The neutral colour palette pairs well with herringbone timber flooring and minimalist wall treatments. When searching for this type of furniture, professionals often look for lounge sets, modern seating arrangements, or curated interior vignettes to populate their renders. It functions effectively as a focal point in a contemporary lounge area, providing a ready-made solution for rapid project documentation and presentation.
