About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max side table features a dark wood circular top balanced on a fluted, gold-finished brass pedestal base. Defined by its sculptural silhouette, this side table pairs a rich, dark-toned circular timber top with a striking, trumpet-style pedestal base. The base is crafted from brass with a warm gold finish, featuring vertical fluting that radiates from the floor to the underside of the tabletop. The design includes a decorative set of glass drinkware and a floral arrangement as part of the scene, providing a sense of scale and materiality. The contrast between the deep, polished wood grain and the reflective metallic fluting creates a refined focal point for high-end interiors.

The download is a 42.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layer separation for the table and the included decorative accessories. Users can easily toggle the visibility of the glassware and floral elements to suit specific composition requirements. The brass material is set up with appropriate reflection parameters, while the wood texture utilizes UV mapping optimized for the circular surface. When merging into a project, ensure the pivot point at the base is correctly aligned with the floor plane for accurate placement in architectural scenes.

Ideal for luxury residential projects, this side table serves as an elegant accent piece in formal living rooms, master bedrooms, or boutique hotel suites. It pairs well with plush velvet armchairs, marble flooring, or contemporary sofa groupings. Professionals searching for sophisticated lounge furniture or high-end accent pieces for hospitality staging will find this asset versatile. It is suitable for both traditional and modern settings, providing a touch of glamour when placed as a nightstand or an occasional table in a reading nook.
