About this asset

This contemporary 2-seater sofa and nesting table set for 3ds Max features a grey fabric finish and marble-topped side tables. The set includes a compact two-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring slightly gathered detailing on the armrests and a selection of patterned and solid-colour scatter cushions. Complementing the seating are two circular nesting side tables with slender black metal frames and white marble tops. A small glass vase with white floral stems is positioned on the taller table. The proportions are balanced for smaller living areas, with the sofa providing a clean, linear silhouette that contrasts with the rounded geometry of the accompanying nesting tables.

The download is a 154 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should merge this asset into their 3ds Max scene, ensuring the scale is checked against project dimensions. The materials are pre-assigned, but should be verified for compatibility with the active render engine. The sofa and tables are grouped for ease of placement, though they can be ungrouped to adjust the nesting configuration or to use the elements independently. Proper pivot point alignment allows for quick rotation and placement within a living room layout or reception area.

This set is suited for residential interior projects, particularly within apartments, studios, or small-scale living room designs. It also functions well in hospitality settings such as hotel lobbies or boutique lounge areas where space-efficient, coordinated furniture is required. Architects and interior designers can search for this asset when specifying contemporary seating arrangements or staging compact living zones. It pairs effectively with minimalist rug designs and neutral flooring palettes, providing a balanced, functional focal point for modern interior visualisations.
