About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey fabric 2-seater sofa accompanied by two coffee tables, a rug, and decorative items. The set comprises a compact 2-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, featuring clean lines and a structured silhouette. Included are two circular coffee tables with slender metal frames, one finished in a light stone tone and the other in a crisp white. A large, rectangular area rug provides a soft base for the arrangement. The sofa is accented with a contrasting orange scatter cushion alongside standard grey cushions, adding a subtle pop of colour. The overall composition is balanced, offering a ready-made living room grouping with well-proportioned, minimalist furniture pieces.

The download is a 31.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised for efficient scene integration, with components grouped to allow for easy repositioning within your floor plan. The fabric and metal textures are mapped to standard material slots, ensuring compatibility with most render engines without complex re-linking. Users should check the pivot points upon insertion to ensure the sofa sits flush with the floor plane. The rug is modelled as a low-profile geometry, which can be adjusted in the modifier stack if custom height or displacement is required.

This furniture arrangement is ideal for residential living room visualisations, apartment staging, or hotel lobby lounge areas. It pairs well with contemporary interior styles and provides a complete focal point for open-plan layouts. Designers looking for a quick, cohesive solution for mid-sized seating areas will find this set particularly useful. It is commonly searched for under terms such as small living room furniture, fabric sofa set, and modern lounge scene, making it a versatile asset for rapid architectural rendering and interior design project development.
