About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a marble-topped island, a rectangular dining table, a bench, and four upholstered chairs. This dining arrangement comprises a marble-clad kitchen island with an integrated sink, paired with a sleek, dark-toned rectangular dining table. The seating includes a long, upholstered bench in a neutral beige fabric and four matching chairs with dark timber frames and curved, cushioned backrests. The set is finished with a minimalist linear pendant light featuring a slender black metal bar and spherical diffusers. The overall aesthetic is clean and refined, balancing the heavy veining of the marble base with the soft, muted tones of the fabric seating and wood accents.

The download is a 4.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 6 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max set as a single group or individual assets to populate residential kitchen or dining interiors. The scene is organised with logical material slots, allowing for easy adjustment of the marble textures or fabric colours to suit specific project palettes. Best practice involves checking the pivot points of the chairs and bench for efficient placement around the table, ensuring the scale aligns with standard ergonomic requirements for comfortable dining spaces in architectural visualisation projects.

Ideal for high-end residential kitchen-diner layouts, this set also functions well in hospitality projects such as boutique hotel dining areas or modern restaurant seating zones. The combination of an integrated island and formal dining table makes it particularly useful for open-plan living spaces where spatial efficiency is paramount. Designers looking for a cohesive, modern dining solution will find this asset suitable for mid-to-late stage interior renders, effectively pairing with minimalist lighting and neutral, contemporary interior finishes to create a balanced, functional room composition.
