Contemporary Grey and Wood Grain TV Wall Unit

This contemporary 3ds Max TV wall unit features a balanced composition of wood grain cabinetry, matte grey shelving, and white base drawers. The unit is designed as a floor-to-ceiling media wall system, combining functional storage with display spaces. It includes a high-level row of closed cupboards finished in a warm wood grain, supported by a structured, open-shelf framework in matte charcoal grey. The central section is recessed to accommodate a television, while the lower level provides horizontal storage with four clean-fronted white drawers. The arrangement creates a rhythmic contrast between the solid wood surfaces, the dark open shelving, and the crisp white base, providing a versatile solution for modern open-plan living areas.

The download is a 17.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single assembly, with components logically grouped for easy manipulation. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the base for precise placement against walls. The materials are assigned as standard multi-sub-object shaders, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain or paint finishes. Lighting should be configured to highlight the depth of the open shelving, utilizing area lights to prevent the dark grey surfaces from becoming visually flat in the final render.

Ideal for residential living rooms and home entertainment suites, this TV wall unit provides a sophisticated focal point for high-end interior projects. It pairs well with minimalist decor, neutral soft furnishings, and integrated lighting schemes. Professionals searching for bespoke-look media cabinetry, wall-mounted storage solutions, or modern entertainment consoles will find this asset suitable for both concept design and final presentation stages. Its clean lines and balanced proportions make it an effective choice for apartments, family homes, and boutique residential developments requiring a cohesive, built-in aesthetic.
