About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max media wall unit features a grey and white finish with integrated display shelving and base storage compartments. Designed as a complete entertainment centre, this unit combines functional storage with an open display aesthetic. The base consists of a series of low-profile cabinets and drawers finished in a matte grey, topped by a sleek white horizontal surface. To the left, vertical shelving sections with glass inserts provide illuminated display space for decorative items. The central TV mounting area is backed by a vertical ribbed panel, adding textural contrast to the otherwise smooth surfaces. The overall composition is balanced and clean, suitable for modern living spaces requiring a unified media and storage solution.

The download is a 59.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical grouping for easy manipulation of individual components. Users can adjust the base cabinet configuration or modify the display shelving layout to suit specific floor plans. Materials are assigned to distinct object IDs, allowing for quick adjustments to the grey or white finishes. Lighting elements within the shelving are provided as separate, emissive components, which can be controlled via the scene's light manager to achieve the desired ambient effect in a rendered interior.

This media wall unit is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, luxury apartments, and boutique hotel suites. It functions effectively as a focal point in open-plan layouts, providing both practical storage for electronics and curated display space for personal objects. Interior designers often specify such units to streamline the visual clutter of home entertainment systems. It pairs well with minimalist decor, contemporary furniture sets, and neutral wall palettes, offering a sophisticated alternative to traditional standalone television stands or bulky entertainment cabinets.
