Contemporary Grey and White Fabric Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a grey and white fabric sofa, a rattan-backed armchair, and a coffee table. This curated furniture arrangement includes a wide, linear sofa upholstered in white fabric with contrasting grey outer shells. A companion armchair features a black timber frame and a curved rattan backrest, offering a tactile material contrast. The central coffee table is low-profile with a geometric striped top, complemented by a patterned area rug with abstract circular motifs. Decorative elements include a collection of scatter cushions in varied textures, a small figurine, and a sculptural animal-shaped ottoman. The entire set is designed to work as a cohesive unit for residential lounge spaces.

The download is a 70.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import the entire scene as a component or explode the group to reposition specific elements like the armchair or coffee table. The materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the material editor to match specific project colour palettes. The scene is scaled to real-world proportions, suitable for quick placement in interior design visualisations.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene provides a ready-made lounge layout for living rooms and apartment floor plans. It is particularly useful during the concept development stage to quickly populate 3D models and communicate spatial flow. Professionals can use these assets to stage open-plan living areas, pairing them with neutral wall finishes and timber flooring. Search terms such as lounge furniture set, contemporary seating arrangement, or interior design model will help locate this file within a larger project library.
