The download is a 19 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single object with clear material ID assignments for the fabric, leather, and metal components. Users should ensure the pivot point is centered at the base for easy placement on floor surfaces. Applying a standard subdivision modifier can smooth out the organic curves of the upholstery if required for close-up shots. Standard scene lighting should be adjusted to highlight the fabric texture and the reflective quality of the metallic leg tips.

Ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or executive office waiting areas, this armchair serves as a stylish accent piece. It complements modern and contemporary interior styles, pairing effectively with minimalist coffee tables or as a standalone reading chair in a bedroom suite. Professionals searching for high-end lounge seating, luxury accent chairs, or designer-look furniture will find this asset fits seamlessly into sophisticated architectural visualizations where tactile material contrast and elegant form are required to anchor a space.
