About this asset

This contemporary TV wall unit for SketchUp features a sleek storage console paired with a decorative metal and stone partition screen. The assembly comprises a low-profile storage console supported by tapered legs, featuring a central wood-textured drawer section flanked by white doors. Rising from the rear of the console is a tall, open-frame partition wall constructed from black metal vertical members. These are punctuated by staggered, rectangular stone-effect infill panels that create a rhythmic, geometric backdrop. The unit provides a cohesive media solution, combining functional concealed storage with a sophisticated, semi-transparent room divider that frames the television display while maintaining visual connectivity between spaces.

The download is a 20.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement against walls or as a free-standing room divider. Users can adjust the overall scale to suit specific ceiling heights or room widths. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or re-mapped within the material editor. The model is lightweight enough for quick iteration during early design phases, while the clean geometry ensures it holds up well in final presentation renders.

This piece is ideal for modern living rooms, open-plan apartments, or upscale hotel suites where a defined media zone is required without sacrificing light or space. It works particularly well in projects focusing on minimalist or contemporary interior styles. Designers can use this model to quickly populate residential floor plans or interior elevations, pairing it with neutral soft furnishings and indoor planting to create a balanced, inviting atmosphere. It serves as a versatile focal point for any high-end residential or hospitality development.
