Contemporary Grey and Brown Fabric Sectional Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a two-tone fabric sectional, nesting coffee tables, an armchair, and a rug. This comprehensive furniture arrangement features a large, modular sectional sofa upholstered in contrasting grey and brown fabric panels, complemented by a tufted chaise section. Accompanying the seating is a pair of circular nesting coffee tables with dark glass tops and metallic bases, a slim side table, and a minimalist armchair with a slender metal frame. A textured area rug anchors the composition. The set includes decorative elements such as cushions and tabletop accessories, providing a ready-to-render solution that balances clean lines with comfortable, layered textures suitable for upscale lounge environments.

The download is a 72.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this scene into a 3ds Max project, merge the file and use the layer manager to organise furniture components, lighting rigs, and decorative accessories separately. The materials are mapped for standard render engines; ensure textures are pathed correctly using the asset tracker. Scale the entire group as a single unit or adjust individual pieces if necessary to fit the floor plan. Apply local lighting to the scene to highlight the metallic finishes on the tables and the fabric textures of the upholstery.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, high-end apartment staging, or hotel lobby concepts, this scene provides a cohesive aesthetic for interior design presentations. It pairs effectively with modern minimalist interiors, neutral wall palettes, and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Professionals searching for a complete lounge furniture set will find this useful for quick layout prototyping and final render production.
