Contemporary Grey and Brown Fabric Modular Sofa Set with Coffee Table

This 3ds Max set features a contemporary modular sofa with a chaise, an accent chair, and a low coffee table for interior scenes. The assembly comprises a low-profile modular sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, punctuated by contrasting tan-brown leather-look cushions and a dedicated chaise-longue section. Accompanying the primary seating is a compact, curved-back lounge chair finished in a warm tan tone. A minimalist, dark-toned square coffee table sits at the centre, resting on a textured grey area rug. The composition is balanced by a multi-arm pendant light with glass globes. This set provides a complete, coordinated furniture arrangement designed for open-plan living spaces where defined zones are required.

The download is a 32.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 6 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this collection is organised into logical layers to facilitate easy management of individual components. Users should ensure pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each object for seamless placement on floor planes. Materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates, allowing for adjustment of fabric and leather textures to suit specific lighting conditions. The assets are scaled to real-world proportions, making them ready for integration into complex interior scenes without the need for extensive modification or re-scaling.
