Contemporary Grey and Brown Fabric Modular Sectional Sofa Set

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge set features a modular sectional sofa in grey and brown fabric, an armchair, and a coffee table. This comprehensive seating arrangement includes a large modular sectional sofa, a curved armchair, a low-profile coffee table, and a circular ottoman. The sectional combines light grey and deep brown fabric sections, with a tufted chaise component adding texture. The armchair features a rounded, enveloping profile, while the coffee table presents an organic, kidney-shaped top supported by a central base. Decorative elements such as a textured rug, cushions, and small accessories are included, providing a cohesive aesthetic. The entire assembly is designed with clean lines and a balanced colour palette, suitable for modern interior compositions.

The download is a 105 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised for efficient scene assembly. Each piece is grouped logically, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment within a larger architectural model. Users should check the pivot points for each object to ensure accurate floor alignment. The materials are ready for adjustment via the material editor, and users can easily swap textures or refine the fabric bump maps. The scene is scaled for standard residential floor plans, making it straightforward to drop into existing interior projects.
