About this asset

This modern beige concrete breeze block partition wall is a modular SketchUp model featuring a rhythmic, open-work geometric pattern. Constructed as a modular screen, this partition features a repeating horizontal block element with rounded rectangular apertures. The design creates a depth-rich, layered aesthetic through stepped, recessed edges within each block frame, offering a soft shadow play. Finished in a uniform, matte beige tone, the material appears as cast concrete or high-density composite. The assembly is presented as a single, vertical planar unit, suitable for room division or decorative facade accents. Its clean lines and repetitive geometry provide a structured yet airy architectural element for contemporary interior or semi-outdoor spaces.

The download is a 64.1 MB file containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is best utilised as a component or group. Users can easily scale the height and width by duplicating the modular elements along the axes to fit specific floor-to-ceiling requirements. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient mapping of custom textures if a different material finish, such as terracotta or white plaster, is required. It is recommended to place this asset on a dedicated layer for easy toggling during complex scene rendering or section cuts.

This partition is ideal for defining zones in open-plan residential layouts, hotel lobbies, or boutique retail environments where light penetration and visual privacy are both desired. It functions well as a feature screen in a modern dining room or as a semi-permeable boundary on a covered terrace. Architects and interior designers often specify these breeze block elements to introduce texture and rhythmic interest into minimalist schemes. It pairs well with natural materials like timber flooring, lush indoor plants, and soft, neutral-toned furniture pieces.
