About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair and side table set features a green velvet chair with vertical channel tufting and gold legs. This set consists of an upholstered armchair paired with a cylindrical stone side table. The armchair has a curved silhouette with vertical channel stitching and white piping detail, finished in a deep green velvet. It is supported by slender, tapered gold-toned metal legs. A rectangular throw cushion featuring a black and white houndstooth pattern provides contrast. The accompanying side table is constructed from a light grey stone or marble, featuring a simple, minimalist circular top and a curved base, topped with a small gold geometric accent piece.

The download is a 3.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy selection of the chair and table components. Users can adjust the velvet material properties via the material editor to control glossiness and falloff. The legs and table base are mapped with standard metallic and stone textures, allowing for adjustments to reflection and bump maps. The model is scaled to real-world units, making it straightforward to merge into interior scenes as a focal point or accent seating arrangement.

Ideal for residential living rooms, master bedrooms, or boutique hotel lobbies, this set functions well as a quiet reading corner or a decorative accent. It pairs effectively with minimalist or mid-century modern interiors where texture and colour are required to ground a space. Designers looking for elegant lounge seating or small-scale furniture groupings will find this asset versatile for high-end residential projects, hospitality lounges, and showroom displays.
