About this asset

This contemporary living room scene features a three-seater green leather sofa, rendered in SketchUp with coordinated lounge furniture. The central element is a linear three-seater sofa upholstered in deep green leather, featuring bolster-style arm cushions and low-profile dark feet. It is presented within a curated living room arrangement that includes a pair of nested circular coffee tables with thin metal frames, a wire-frame lounge chair with a draped throw, a tall white ladder-style shelving unit, and a branched multi-globe pendant light. The set is completed by a patterned area rug, two decorative wall prints, and a textured ottoman, creating a cohesive aesthetic that balances bold colour with minimalist structural forms.

The download is a 80.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct groups, allowing users to isolate the sofa or reposition individual decorative elements as needed. The materials are applied as high-resolution textures, best handled by checking the mapping upon insertion. To integrate this into a larger project, users should place the group onto a dedicated layer or tag, adjusting the global scale to match specific room dimensions while maintaining the aspect ratio of the furniture assets.

This living room set is suitable for residential interior design projects, particularly in modern apartment or loft concepts where a strong focal point is desired. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and natural timber flooring. Professionals searching for lounge seating, curated furniture sets, or interior visualisations will find this asset useful for rapid scene population in early-stage design or final presentation renders. It serves as a comprehensive starting point for high-end residential or boutique hotel lobby visualisations.
