About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a green fabric sofa, houndstooth armchair, and curated coffee tables. This curated living room scene includes a two-seater sofa upholstered in dark green fabric, a houndstooth-patterned armchair with black timber armrests, and two circular coffee tables. One table is finished in a light natural stone, while the other is a solid, dark brown pedestal side table. The composition is grounded by a textured, mottled-pattern rug. A slim floor lamp with circular discs and a large, abstract black-and-white canvas print complete the arrangement. The collection offers a balanced mix of soft textures, clean lines, and contrasting monochromatic tones, suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel design.

The download is a 50.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene, import the component into your master model and place it on a dedicated 'furniture' layer to manage visibility. The assets are grouped for easy scaling or individual extraction if you only require specific pieces. Apply your preferred render-ready materials to the geometry to ensure compatibility with your chosen plugin. Check the orientation of the rug and artwork to align with the room's primary focal point, and use the existing geometry as a reference for lighting placement.

This set is ideal for populating residential living spaces, hotel lobbies, or upscale lounge areas. It works well in early-stage concept visualisations where a cohesive, styled look is required to communicate design intent. Architects and interior designers can use this to quickly stage floor plans or 3D perspectives. Search for 'lounge set', 'contemporary living room', or 'curated furniture collection' when looking for similar assets to populate residential projects, boutique hospitality interiors, or high-end showroom layouts.
