Contemporary Fabric and Leather Sofa and Armchair Set

This comprehensive SketchUp set features various contemporary fabric and leather sofas and armchairs for residential and commercial interiors. This collection includes sixteen distinct seating configurations, ranging from L-shaped modular sectionals to individual lounge chairs with matching ottomans. The designs encompass a variety of contemporary aesthetics, featuring clean lines, tufted backrests, and tapered wooden or metal legs. Upholstery options include neutral-toned fabrics and smooth leather finishes in shades of grey, beige, and brown. Several models are accompanied by coffee tables, rugs, and decorative cushions, providing a complete look. The varied silhouettes range from plush, deep-seated lounge options to sleeker, more structured pieces suitable for modern living rooms, waiting areas, or executive lounge spaces.

The download is a 396 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 16 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import these assets into SketchUp as individual components, allowing for efficient scene assembly. The models are organised into groups, making it simple to adjust materials or swap upholstery textures using the native paint bucket tool. Because the components are scaled appropriately for standard interior dimensions, they can be placed directly into floor plans and sections. It is recommended to manage these assets using the Outliner to maintain a clean model structure, especially when populating larger residential or hospitality projects.
