Contemporary Fabric and Leather Living Room Furniture Set

This contemporary living room furniture set for SketchUp includes diverse modular sofas, armchairs, and tables in fabric and leather. This collection features four distinct living room configurations, showcasing a variety of contemporary seating and table designs. The sets include curved modular sofas, structured rectangular sofas, and L-shaped sectionals, paired with matching upholstered armchairs and ottomans. Tables range from circular stone-top coffee tables to tiered rectangular side tables with metal frames. Upholstery options vary across the sets, utilizing textured fabrics in neutral tones and rich leather finishes. Each ensemble is accessorised with curated cushions and decorative objects, providing a complete, ready-to-use aesthetic for interior design projects requiring varied seating arrangements.

The download is a 345 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate these models into a SketchUp scene, use the component browser to import the desired grouping. The assets are organised with logical layering, allowing for easy material swapping or customisation of upholstery fabrics. Ensure the scale is verified against the project floor plan before placement. For realistic lighting, apply soft area lights or HDRI environments to highlight the textures of the fabric and leather surfaces, ensuring the shadows cast by the tables and chairs align with the room's primary light source.
