Contemporary Dark Wood and Stone Bar Unit with Stools

This contemporary 3ds Max bar unit features a slatted dark wood counter, stone back-bar shelving, and matching metal-framed stools. This comprehensive bar assembly is composed of a long, curved-edge front counter finished in horizontal dark wood slats, providing a tactile, rhythmic texture. Behind the counter, a robust shelving unit features dark metal frames and a rugged, grey stone-textured back panel, offering ample space for glassware and spirit displays. A heavy, dark-finished canopy hangs overhead, adorned with a series of metallic vertical pendants that create a refined lighting feature. The set includes a row of matching stools with circular wooden seats and slim, adjustable metal bases, completing the professional hospitality aesthetic.

The download is a 23.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type, allowing for easy selection of the counter, stools, and shelving elements. Users should check the pivot points of the stools for efficient placement along the counter length. Materials are applied using standard mapping, with the slatted wood and stone textures ready for refinement. The overhead canopy and pendant assembly are grouped to simplify layering and light placement, ensuring the model integrates seamlessly into interior scenes requiring high-detail hospitality assets.

Ideal for high-end restaurant, hotel, and luxury lounge projects, this bar unit serves as a focal point for hospitality design. It works well in visualisations for commercial interiors, modern cafes, and exclusive club spaces. Architects and designers can use this asset to populate floor plans and 3D renderings where a sophisticated, moody atmosphere is required. It pairs effectively with ambient interior lighting and polished concrete or dark timber flooring to enhance the overall professional aesthetic of the environment.
