About this asset

This contemporary 4-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a round pedestal table and four upholstered armchairs with dark wood frames. The set includes a circular dining table supported by a central cylindrical pedestal base, finished in a dark, stained wood. Four matching armchairs accompany the table, each constructed with a curved backrest that integrates seamlessly into the armrests. The frames are accented with metallic gold-toned hardware at the joints. Comfort is provided by grey upholstered seat cushions and deep navy blue scatter cushions. The aesthetic is clean and refined, balancing structural dark timber elements with soft, layered textiles, suitable for sophisticated dining areas or boutique hospitality settings.

The download is a 4.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max scene, use the merge command to import the objects into your master file. The table and chairs are typically grouped for ease of placement; ensure the pivot points are set to the floor level for accurate alignment. You can apply custom wood grain textures to the frames and adjust the fabric shaders for the cushions to match your project's specific lighting environment. Use an HDRI map to achieve realistic reflections on the metallic accents.

This dining set is ideal for residential dining rooms, luxury apartments, and upscale cafe interiors where a cohesive, modern look is required. It pairs well with minimalist interior palettes or spaces featuring dark wood joinery.
