Contemporary Dark Brown Wood TV Cabinet with Rattan Panels

This contemporary dark brown wood TV cabinet, modelled in 3ds Max, features decorative rattan door panels and integrated storage. This media console showcases a refined dark wood frame contrasted by natural-toned woven rattan inserts on the cabinet doors. The structure includes two outer cupboards and a central section featuring two drawers above a pair of smaller doors. Small, metallic hardware knobs provide a subtle accent, while the unit is elevated on turned wooden feet. The design balances traditional craftsmanship with modern utility, offering a closed-storage solution for media components. The included scene also features a wall-mounted television and tabletop decor, providing a complete visual setup for interior rendering projects.

The download is a 65 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When using this 3ds Max asset, ensure the model is placed on the floor plane and scaled appropriately to your project dimensions. The textures for the wood finish and rattan weave are mapped for realistic light interaction. Users can leverage the individual object grouping to easily adjust or hide components like the television or decorative accessories. Standard lighting setups will interact well with the material properties, though checking the normals and pivot points upon insertion is recommended for optimal placement against walls.

This TV cabinet is ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel suites, or upscale reception areas where a blend of texture and storage is required. It pairs effectively with contemporary or transitional interior schemes, complementing soft furnishings like linen sofas or velvet armchairs. Professionals searching for media storage, rattan-accented furniture, or console units for living room visualisations will find this asset versatile. It provides a clean, sophisticated focal point for media walls in both luxury residential and high-end hospitality design projects.
