Contemporary Cream Fabric Wooden Armchair in Natural Wood

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair features a solid timber frame and cream fabric upholstery, complete with a matching lumbar cushion. Defined by its low-profile silhouette, this armchair showcases a warm, natural-toned wooden frame that supports a continuous seat and backrest. The upholstery is a textured, cream-coloured fabric, providing a soft contrast to the exposed dark timber structure. The design is complemented by a single rectangular lumbar cushion, which rests against the backrest to enhance ergonomic support. The frame exhibits clean lines and gentle curves at the joints, reflecting a modern approach to classic timber construction. This piece is a versatile seating solution, balancing structural integrity with a clean, understated aesthetic suitable for various interior schemes.

The download is a 10.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working in 3ds Max, ensure the geometry is placed on a dedicated layer for easy toggling during scene development. The model should be scaled to fit standard interior dimensions before applying materials. Users can leverage the provided UV mapping to adjust the fabric texture scale or tweak the wood grain orientation to suit specific lighting conditions. If importing into a larger scene, consider using an instance to manage memory efficiency when populating lounge areas or waiting rooms with multiple units.
