About this asset

This contemporary cream fabric modular sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a versatile seating arrangement with a side table, rug, and decor. This modular sectional sofa set features a low-profile, boxy silhouette upholstered in a neutral cream-toned fabric. The configuration includes a chaise section on the right, accented by a collection of square throw cushions in contrasting muted peach and light grey tones. The scene is completed by a minimalist white wire-frame side table, a monochromatic patterned area rug, a contemporary ring-style pendant light, and two framed pieces of wall art. The proportions are generous, suggesting a relaxed, lounge-focused aesthetic suitable for open-plan living areas where comfort and clean lines are prioritised.

The download is a 70.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene into a project, import the file as a component to preserve the grouped structure. The sofa, rug, and accessories are organised on separate layers, allowing for easy toggling or material swapping. Use the native material editor to adjust the fabric texture tiling or to apply custom finishes to the metal frame of the side table and pendant light. Ensure the model is scaled correctly against your floor plan before applying lighting presets or finalising your interior render.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this modular sofa scene works well in living rooms, media rooms, or open-plan apartment layouts. It pairs effectively with modern minimalist or soft contemporary interiors, providing a balanced, ready-to-use focal point. Professionals can search for this asset when looking for complete furniture vignettes, modular lounge seating, or neutral-toned living room decor. It is particularly useful for rapid conceptual visualisation or final presentation renders where a cohesive, styled look is required without extensive manual asset assembly.
