About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max sofa features a sweeping curved frame upholstered in cream fabric, set upon a circular brushed brass base. Defined by its fluid, organic silhouette, this curved sofa offers a sophisticated profile for modern interiors. The deep, continuous seat and backrest are upholstered in a soft-touch cream fabric, providing a clean and minimalist aesthetic. The set includes several decorative scatter cushions in varied textures and patterns, along with a draped knit throw, enhancing the sense of comfort and lived-in styling.

The download is a 58.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation of the cushions and textile elements. Users can readily adjust the fabric texture mapping to suit specific scene lighting or scale requirements. The brass base is separated as a distinct material ID, allowing for quick adjustments to reflection or glossiness parameters. Ensure all texture paths are correctly re-linked upon initial file import to maintain the integrity of the fabric shaders and metallic finishes within your project environment.
