About this asset

This contemporary cream fabric armchair 3ds Max model features a sculpted dark wood frame and an integrated patterned throw cushion. Defined by its clean, contemporary silhouette, this armchair features a fully upholstered seat and backrest in a neutral cream fabric. The frame is constructed from a dark-toned wood, with slender, tapered legs and sweeping armrests that curve gently to meet the backrest. The design includes a single square throw cushion with a distinct, abstract line-art pattern in muted tones, providing a subtle contrast to the solid upholstery. The proportions are balanced, offering a refined profile suitable for both modern and transitional interior schemes, with visible wood grain detailing on the structural elements.

The download is a 3.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max scene, use the native object hierarchy to manage the cushion and chair body separately if needed for animation or placement. The model is scaled for standard architectural interior environments. Apply your preferred materials or adjust the existing fabric and wood shaders using the material editor to match the scene lighting. Ensure the pivot point is set to the base of the legs for accurate snapping onto floor planes or rug surfaces.
