About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa, modelled in 3ds Max, features a textured cream boucle upholstery with a distinctive tufted grid design. Characterised by its soft, volumetric form, this 3-seater sofa offers a deep, comfortable seating profile. The entire frame is upholstered in a tactile, cream-coloured boucle fabric, which provides a rich, textured finish. A repeating tufted grid pattern spans the backrest, armrests, and seat cushions, creating a cohesive, architectural aesthetic. The piece sits on low-profile, dark feet, giving the impression that the sofa is floating just above the floor. Its balanced proportions and rounded edges make it a versatile focal point for various interior styles, emphasizing both comfort and clean, modern lines.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into a scene, ensure the object is placed on a level floor plane to maintain its intended low-profile aesthetic. The mesh is optimized for standard interior rendering workflows, allowing for easy material adjustments or fabric tiling tweaks if necessary. Users should verify that the scene units are set correctly to match the sofa's scale before merging it into larger architectural projects. Proper lighting setups, such as soft area lights or HDRI environments, will best highlight the boucle texture.

Ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or upscale lounge areas, this sofa brings a sense of warmth and texture to any space. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, neutral-toned area rugs, and ambient floor lamps. Designers often specify this style for projects requiring a soft, inviting seating solution that does not sacrifice modern design principles. Whether used in high-end apartments or contemporary waiting areas, it serves as a central element for relaxation and social interaction in refined interior layouts.
