Contemporary Beige Fabric and Dark Shell Swivel Armchair

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair features a beige fabric-upholstered seat shell and a polished metal four-star swivel base. This lounge chair features a distinctive two-part upholstered backrest and seat cushion, finished in a neutral beige fabric. The shell of the chair is constructed from a dark-toned material, creating a sharp contrast against the light textile. Its ergonomic form is supported by a slender, polished metal four-star swivel base, which provides stability while maintaining a lightweight visual profile. The seams on the backrest are vertically oriented, adding a subtle geometric detail to the otherwise organic, rounded silhouette of the seat. The proportions are balanced for relaxed seating in lounge or residential settings.

The download is a 41.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed via a clean layer structure, allowing for easy selection of the seat upholstery and base components. Users should verify the scale against standard seat heights upon insertion. Material assignments are mapped to individual objects, enabling quick adjustments to fabric textures or metal finishes. The swivel base is a separate component, facilitating potential animation if required for cinematic walkthroughs. Standard lighting setups will interact well with the reflective metal surfaces of the base and the soft, diffuse properties of the fabric.
