The set also includes two matching table lamps, providing a complete, ready-to-use configuration for high-end interior compositions.

The download is a 75.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is managed as a collection of components, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of the seating items. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or scaled to match specific project requirements. Due to the high level of detail in the upholstery and marble, it is recommended to use proxy components if the scene density becomes excessive during the design process.

This seating set is ideal for luxury residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and upscale lounge areas. It provides a cohesive, ready-styled solution for interior designers working on high-end hospitality or residential projects. The set pairs well with classic rugs and decorative lighting, making it a versatile choice for formal seating arrangements.
