Contemporary Concrete and Wood Modular Planter Bench Set

This contemporary SketchUp model set features modular concrete and wood planter benches, ideal for urban public seating areas. This collection consists of fourteen modular outdoor units combining concrete planter bases with integrated timber seating slats. The forms range from geometric, angular shapes to soft, organic curves. Each piece incorporates a central or offset planting area, populated with various tree species and shrubs. The concrete elements feature a clean, smooth grey finish, while the seating surfaces are constructed from natural-toned wood slats. The set is designed for flexibility, allowing for diverse configurations in public plazas, courtyards, or residential gardens, effectively merging functional seating with greenery in a unified, architectural design language.

The download is a 95.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 14 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these components are organised into groups for easy manipulation. Users can place individual units into a site plan, scaling or rotating them to suit specific project layouts. The material textures are applied to the concrete and timber surfaces, which can be swapped or adjusted within the material editor. Because these are modular, they can be arrayed or combined to create bespoke seating arrangements. Ensure the geometry remains grouped to maintain model efficiency when populating larger outdoor scenes or master planning projects.
