About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp wardrobe features a charcoal metal frame and central glass-fronted doors with integrated internal lighting. This four-door wardrobe presents a sleek, contemporary aesthetic with a dark charcoal finish. The exterior is defined by two solid outer doors flanking a pair of central glass doors, which reveal an illuminated interior. The internal configuration includes a hanging rail for garments and open shelving for accessories or storage boxes. The proportions are balanced and minimalist, suitable for high-end residential interiors. The contrast between the opaque metal frame and the transparent glass panels creates a sophisticated visual depth, making it an ideal choice for walk-in closets or master bedroom suites.

The download is an 8.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is structured as a component for easy placement and scaling. Users should assign materials to the glass and metal surfaces to control reflectivity and transparency settings in their preferred render engine. The internal lighting is modelled as a distinct element, allowing for adjustment of light intensity and colour temperature to match the project's mood. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for animation if the doors are intended to be shown in an open state during a presentation.

This wardrobe is well-suited for modern bedroom designs, luxury dressing rooms, and high-end hotel suites where storage needs to be both functional and visually refined. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes, dark wood flooring, and neutral wall palettes. Designers searching for bespoke-style cabinetry, walk-in closet solutions, or contemporary bedroom storage will find this asset versatile. It serves as a strong focal point in residential projects requiring a clean, sophisticated look while maintaining a high level of detail for close-up interior visualisations.
