About this asset

This contemporary double bed for 3ds Max features a fully upholstered charcoal fabric frame with a split headboard design. This contemporary double bed is defined by its clean, low-profile silhouette and fully upholstered finish. The frame is wrapped in a textured charcoal fabric, extending from the base to the prominent, dual-panel headboard. The design includes a neutral grey bedding set consisting of a fitted sheet, a layered duvet, and two matching rectangular pillows. The proportions are balanced, offering a minimalist aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The soft edges and uniform upholstery create a cohesive, comfortable appearance, while the split headboard adds subtle visual depth to the overall form of the piece.

The download is a 31.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working in 3ds Max, this model is best handled by merging the file into your master scene file. Ensure the object is placed on a dedicated layer for easy visibility toggling. The textures are applied to standard materials, allowing for quick adjustments to the fabric bump or colour maps as needed to match your project requirements. Use a high-quality area light or HDRI setup to accurately capture the soft light diffusion across the fabric surfaces during rendering.

This bed is an ideal choice for residential bedroom projects, luxury hotel suites, or high-end apartment staging. It pairs effectively with minimalist bedside tables and ambient wall sconces to create a serene sleep environment. Professionals searching for modern bedroom assets, upholstered furniture, or contemporary sleeping solutions will find this model highly versatile. It integrates seamlessly into scenes where a sophisticated, neutral palette is required to provide a sense of comfort and understated elegance in contemporary interior design schemes.
