About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a charcoal fabric L-shaped sectional sofa with a chaise and a curated set of scatter cushions. This contemporary sectional sofa features a low-profile, boxy silhouette defined by clean, geometric lines. The piece is upholstered in a dark charcoal fabric with a subtle texture, providing a neutral base for the included scatter cushions in contrasting white, grey, and brown tones. The design incorporates a fixed chaise element on the left side, integrated seamlessly into the modular-style frame. Deep seats and wide, blocky armrests contribute to a relaxed, lounge-oriented aesthetic, while the minimalist construction ensures the piece maintains a balanced presence within a modern interior setting.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for efficient management of the sofa frame and individual cushion assets. Users can easily adjust the scale or modify the fabric material mapping to suit specific project requirements. The geometry is clean, supporting standard lighting setups and rendering workflows. Ensure the pivot point is set to the base of the sofa for precise placement on floor planes, and check that normals are correctly oriented for accurate light interaction within the scene.
