About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge scene features a charcoal fabric sofa, a beige accent chair, and a glass coffee table set. The primary element is a linear, three-seater sofa upholstered in a dark charcoal fabric with visible seam detailing. It is accompanied by a low-profile lounge chair featuring a curved backrest and a two-tone beige and black finish. The arrangement is completed by a rectangular, tiered glass coffee table with a metal frame, positioned atop a textured, neutral-toned area rug. Decorative elements include a tall, abstract metallic sculpture and a minimalist floor lamp, providing a balanced, curated aesthetic suitable for high-end residential interiors. Each component is proportioned for a cohesive, modern living space layout.

The download is a 49 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this scene is organised to allow for immediate integration into architectural projects. The assets are grouped by object type, facilitating easy adjustment of material IDs or geometric scaling. Users can append the model via a merge command, ensuring the pivot points are aligned at the floor level. The fabric textures and glass materials are pre-configured for standard rendering workflows, enabling quick adjustments to reflection, refraction, and bump maps to suit specific lighting conditions within the project environment.

This lounge set is ideal for populating residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or high-end show apartments. It functions well in conceptual design stages and final marketing renders where a fully styled, contemporary furniture arrangement is required. Designers searching for modern seating solutions, minimalist lounge compositions, or complete interior vignettes will find this asset versatile. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes, timber flooring, or large-format glazing, providing a sophisticated focal point for open-plan living areas or boutique hospitality suites.
