Contemporary Burgundy Velvet Lounge Chair and Ottoman Set

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a burgundy velvet lounge chair and matching ottoman, set against an arched gold-toned screen. The set includes a rounded, deep-seated lounge chair and a compact, matching ottoman, both upholstered in a rich burgundy velvet. The chair features a curved, enveloping backrest that provides a soft, organic profile. Both pieces are supported by slender, dark-finished metal legs, creating a clean aesthetic. The ensemble is presented with an arched, floor-standing decorative screen finished in a reflective metallic gold, which incorporates integrated signage. This set provides a refined, cohesive look suitable for sophisticated interior compositions, balancing the plush texture of the velvet with the sleek, metallic accents of the frame and screen.

The download is a 12.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot points for the chair and ottoman are correctly aligned at the base for easy placement on floor surfaces. The velvet material uses a standard shader setup, allowing for adjustments to the specular and bump maps to control the fabric's pile and light reflection. The arched screen is a separate element, providing flexibility to use the seating pieces independently or as a complete vignette. Check the scene scale upon import to ensure consistency with your project units.
