Contemporary Burgundy Velvet Curved 3-Seater Sofa with Gold Base

This contemporary 3-seater sofa is a SketchUp model featuring a curved silhouette, deep burgundy velvet upholstery, and a metallic gold base. Defined by its elegant curved profile and vertical channel-tufted backrest, this 3-seater sofa conveys a refined aesthetic. The deep burgundy velvet upholstery is accented by subtle piping and a polished gold-finished plinth base that lifts the piece off the floor. It includes a curated set of scatter cushions in complementary tones of cream, solid burgundy, and a patterned textile, adding texture and depth to the overall composition. The proportions are generous, intended for lounge settings where a statement piece is required to anchor a space, while the curved form encourages social interaction and comfort.

In SketchUp, this component is structured for efficient scene management. Users can easily manage the geometry through the Outliner, ensuring the model remains responsive in complex interior scenes. Materials are applied as standard textures, allowing for quick adjustments to the velvet sheen or metallic reflections using native material settings or third-party render plugins. Scaling is straightforward, though the model is best utilised as a primary focal point in living area compositions, ensuring textures are correctly aligned before final rendering or presentation output.
