About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a brown velvet upholstered bed with an elegant curved headboard and detailed base piping. Defined by its enveloping silhouette, this bed features a high, curved headboard with vertical channel tufting that creates a soft, textured profile. The frame is fully upholstered in a rich brown velvet, complemented by delicate metallic piping along the base and headboard perimeter. The set includes a cohesive arrangement of plush scatter cushions and a quilted bedspread in tonal brown and beige hues. The low-profile structure sits on subtle, dark-finished feet, grounding the piece while maintaining a sleek, sophisticated aesthetic suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel interiors.

The download is a 59.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the object is placed on a level floor plane and check the scale against your room dimensions. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy material assignment or modification of the upholstery textures. For optimal results, apply a high-quality environment map to capture the subtle light reflections on the velvet surfaces and ensure the light intensity is balanced to highlight the channel-tufted details of the headboard.
