Contemporary Brown Velvet Lounge Chair with Matching Ottoman

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge chair set features soft brown velvet upholstery and a contrasting cream-coloured matching ottoman. This lounge chair set exhibits a soft, rounded contemporary aesthetic defined by its low-slung profile and continuous, plush upholstery. The chair features a distinct backrest and seat cushion integrated into a compact, sculptural form, wrapped entirely in a rich brown velvet fabric. Complementing the primary seat is a curved, crescent-shaped ottoman, topped with a lighter cream-toned velvet cushion that provides a subtle visual contrast. The design prioritises comfort through generous padding and organic silhouettes, making it an ideal choice for relaxed seating areas where both texture and form are essential.

The download is an 8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised as a set, allowing for easy placement and rotation within a scene. Users should check the pivot points to ensure the chair and ottoman align correctly with floor planes. The velvet material uses standard texture mapping, which can be easily adjusted or swapped to suit specific render engine requirements. When populating a room, ensure the scale is verified against standard ergonomic dimensions to maintain realism in interior visualisations, particularly when positioning near other furniture items.
