Contemporary Brown Velvet Lounge Chair Set with Rug

This 3ds Max lounge chair set features four contemporary velvet chairs, two side tables, and a textured circular rug for interiors. This furniture set comprises four low-profile lounge chairs finished in a rich brown velvet upholstery with a distinct tufted texture. Each chair is supported by a minimalist black metal frame that provides a reclined, ergonomic posture. The assembly includes two small cylindrical side tables, two potted decorative plants, and a large, textured white circular rug that anchors the composition. The design balances soft, plush seating surfaces with rigid, industrial-style metal bases, creating a sophisticated visual contrast suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge areas. All components are arranged as a cohesive conversational grouping.

The download is a 66.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers by object type, allowing for easy selection and material assignment. Users should check the scale upon insertion to ensure the rug and chairs align correctly with project floor levels. The velvet material uses standard physical maps, which can be adjusted for sheen or bump intensity to suit specific lighting conditions. Lighting the scene with an HDRI or soft area lights will help capture the subtle highlights on the velvet fabric and the metal frames.
