Contemporary Brown Marble Reception Desk Set

This contemporary SketchUp model features a pair of brown marble reception desks accented with gold trim for professional commercial lobbies. This set includes two distinct reception desk configurations, both finished in a rich, veined brown marble cladding. The larger unit features a sweeping, curved front panel, while the second unit presents a more rectilinear, layered geometry with a raised transaction counter. Both desks are detailed with subtle gold-toned metal accents along the base and upper edges, providing a refined contrast to the stone surfaces. The design includes integrated decorative elements such as potted greenery and small golden horse figurines, creating a complete, ready-to-use aesthetic suitable for high-end corporate or boutique hotel environments.

The download is a 133 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating these desks into a SketchUp scene, utilise the component structure to manage the high-detail marble textures efficiently. The model is scaled for standard commercial reception heights, allowing for immediate insertion into lobby floor plans. Users should ensure that the material UV mapping is preserved during placement. To achieve realistic lighting, apply a soft global illumination setup that highlights the reflective qualities of the marble and the metallic sheen of the gold trim, ensuring the desk becomes a focal point of the interior.
