Contemporary Brown Leather Wooden Living Room Furniture Set

This contemporary living room furniture set for SketchUp features leather sofas, wooden frames, and live-edge coffee tables. This comprehensive furniture collection comprises a large multi-seater sofa, a smaller companion sofa, an ottoman, and two distinct organic-form coffee tables. Each seating piece is constructed with a robust timber frame showcasing visible wood grain, paired with tufted brown leather cushions and backrests. The integrated side consoles on the sofas provide additional surface area, echoing the natural aesthetic of the set. Centrally, the two coffee tables are crafted from raw, live-edge wood sections, creating a strong visual contrast against the structured, refined geometry of the upholstered seating elements. The ensemble is completed with matching small square side tables.

The download is a 126 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 7 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should import the SketchUp file into the project scene using the component browser. The models are organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment within the floor plan. Apply high-resolution wood and leather material textures to the geometry to enhance realism during rendering. Ensure that the scale is verified against standard ergonomic dimensions before finalising the layout. Use layers to manage the visibility of individual pieces, particularly when testing different configurations within open-plan living areas or hospitality lounge spaces.
