About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular sectional sofa, nested coffee tables, and an accent lounge chair. This curated interior arrangement centres on a large, low-profile sectional sofa combining brown leather and neutral fabric upholstery. The composition includes a pair of nested coffee tables with contrasting dark and light surfaces, a sculptural orange lounge chair, and a low-slung integrated storage console at the sofa end. A minimalist circular pendant light hangs above the arrangement, complemented by wall art and a textured area rug. Every element is scaled to function as a cohesive living space, providing a balanced mix of soft textures and clean, architectural lines for high-quality interior visualisations.

The download is a 60.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this scene into your project, place the group as a single component within your master SketchUp file. Use the native layer or tag system to manage the visibility of individual objects like the lighting, decor, or seating. Materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, allowing for easy adjustment of reflection or bump maps. Ensure you align the floor plane of the scene with your model’s zero-level for accurate placement within your interior floor plan.

This asset is ideal for residential interior projects, such as luxury apartment living rooms or open-plan lounge areas.
